Always available to answer questions and the process was easy and faster then expected.
I know yall work hard, but trying to get ahold of yall is impossible at times. I appreciate everything yall do, would just like a bit more communication. It’s terrifying to be left in the dark for weeks at a time and not being able to reach anyone while you are trying to close on a property. Besides that yall are great to work with and I would like to work with yall again.
Veterans United is the best they were there from day one till I closed on my house.
Both Travis and Taylor did an outstanding job throughout the process.
Everyone has been incredibly helpful and polite, and the whole experience went smoother than butter. I was skeptical about the company at first because they asked for some personal information in order to receive a quote, so I naturally gave some bogus answers just to fill in the required slots. Our loan officer called us, and between him and his team, our minds were put at ease. We went from living on a pretend street called "Nunya Business" to closing on our first home. When my husband's orders were put on hold due to SARS-CoV-2, the company was with us every step of the way to make sure we were doing okay. They knew between the limbo with PCS orders and me still working as a nurse, our family was under a bit of stress (as are most others around the world). They sent our family board games to keep us entertained and connected while we were at home as the world went crazy around us. The entire experience has been great, and the team was with us every single step of the way. Veteran's United even supported our decision to get quotes from other lenders as well. After feeling like "just a number" with NFCU, we stuck with Veteran's United because it felt like we were being taken care of like family. If you're on the fence, don't be. Veteran's United is amazing, and we don't regret our decision even for a second!

Veterans United was an incredible experience. After feeling stuck and defeated trying to work with other lenders, VU quickly provided a team that assembled all the necessary efforts to get us into a house in less time than we had spent trying to just find a vendor who cared enough to prioritize our needs. Even with the holidays in between, we never once felt anything but support and urgency from Andrew Meyer’s team as they made this purchase possible for our family.
Outstanding service from start to finish. The entire team was professional, responsive, and invested in making the process run smoothly.
We are so Grateful and Blessed, when others seem not to care it had me apprehensive with going through this process again, but Bryan and his team were Awesome when I seen how much Bryan cared and wanted to see Home Ownership happen for us that’s when I let my guard down and he was with us every step of the way. Anytime of the day rather emails, call backs on the weekend, when I didn’t expect him to answer until the next business day he was there. The best experience we had and will recommend Veterans United to all veterans. Thank You Bryan and your teamHAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
Always room for improvement

The is our second experience with Veterans United and both times have been a breeze. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. You’ll have one agent but a few helpful faces will also reach out to ensure you are happy with your service and see if you need anything at all.
Andrew was amazing! He answered every question we had along the way. He explained everything to us and always made sure we knew what was going on. Veterans United is a great company to go through for loans.
As a first-time homebuyer, the process came with a lot of learning curves, questions, and moments that required patience and guidance. Overall, the experience helped me better understand the homebuying process, and having support along the way made a meaningful difference. I believe sharing this perspective can help fellow Veterans who are navigating their first home purchase feel more prepared and confident.
