The people and team are great wouldn’t change a single thing about them.The app on the other hand. Dog poo Why do I have to log in and authenticate every time I open the app? This defeats the purpose. Additionally I want to set up bi weekly payments. The listing only gives options for days of the week not the date itself. As a VA loan company I would expect to have the option to do it on the 1st and 15th. When the military gets paid.

Josh Schultz is the absolute best, I wouldn’t have wanted anybody else to help me buy my first or any other home for as a matter of fact.
Highly recommend Veterans United for the home buying process! They were with me every step and had no problem explaining everything. Long story short, was supposed to close on one house but had to rescind the offer and start the shopping process all over again. The whole team kept checking on me and were very supportive through the whole ordeal.
On the Monterey side of things that was promise to me I did not get and nothing was explain to me

Craig Anderson was absolutely phenomenal! We've already suggested him to three of our friends that's going to be looking for homes in the next year or two. Our realtor is very hard to impress and she was blown away by the dedication Craig had as well. Lake of communication, missed target closing date that was planned out 30 days. Last minute push to get information and documents was extremely stressful.
