I couldn't be any happier than I am. They made the process so easy, I barely had questions about it. Having an account on their site was simple and clear on what documents I needed. There was continuous communication via phone, texting and email and no issues of not reaching them. The only tough part was just finding that right one house especially for me!

The loan officer and home concierge were awesome in guiding me through the process. The underwriting team has a hard job but also a little understanding and common sense would be helpful when dealing with bank accounts and loans.
Veterans United should focus on assisting there customers and not just pushing documents to finalize the closing of a home. Veterans United should do more of focusing on what in the best interest of the customer and not solely on the betterment of the company.
