The amount of paperwork verification for the underwriter was a bit much. I have the $ in my accounts, but they wanted to see it in a certain way which was a pain to deal with!! I understand they are covering their interest on this, but was a seemingly constant bother!
Veteran united are the best. They helped me acquire my new home with great work from their A-team. Anything or help I needed They were right on time to answer or take care of the situation. Craig Anderson was absolutely phenomenal! We've already suggested him to three of our friends that's going to be looking for homes in the next year or two. Our realtor is very hard to impress and she was blown away by the dedication Craig had as well. Life is stressful enough as a disabled veteran, Craig took away so much stress from my wife and myself through this process. If there was a way to recommend him for employee of the year we would!
The people are charming, honest, and easy to work with, but they did not complete our loan application on time, they could not answer some basic fee expenses questions, and they mixed up some of our basic financial facts. Basically, they were adequate but not above average.
Janeanne and her team were amazing. Friendly, helpful, communicative, and really know their stuff! Buying a home is a stressful and long process and they were great!
