Veterans United completely blew me away. I was skeptical coming into the home-buying process for the first time. I've heard terrible things about every step of the process, including issues/complaints with mortgage companies. Veterans United went way above and beyond to make sure I felt like I was their primary focus. The entire team was incredibly nice, knowledgeable, and fast to respond. They took the time to listen and even sent us a gift box after we had an accepted offer of toys/treats for our little girl and our kitties. I only mentioned our cats once in casual conversation when I first applied for the loan. Nick, Bill, Meredith, and Dawn were the best team anybody could ask for and I would highly recommend them and Veterans United to any veteran looking to buy a home.
