Ryan was awesome. This process spanned over the course of a year. He was always available to answer questions and quick to do so. I was very pleased with him and his service. The entire veterans United team is top notch and really did do the work to make the home buying process as simple as possible.
I got to the closing table almost a week after the original projected closing date. In addition, I was told after signing that I still owed over $8,000. The senior loan officer, my loan officer and agent dropped the ball with effectively communicating that to my wife and I. I wouldn’t recommend VU unfortunately simply because of lack of communication and inconsistency at each level. Every level should be speaking the same thing and Katie West and Lance Nilson were not! For a first time home buyer you have to over communicate from start to finish at every level throughout the entire process; no exceptions!
