The process as a whole went very smooth and the Loan Team was very helpful with getting all the required tasks finished.
We had a slight delay in the end, but that was due to Underwriting being very picky in how they accept certain documents and forms and the other was the sellers dragging their feet.
I want to highlight one member of the team that helped the most, Noelle Anderson. She was always there to answer my questions and she made sure that whatever the task was that I had the correct information or direction to complete it.
Again I want to thank the whole team in helping me purchase my first home, definitely could not have done it without ALL of you.
