The process was the key for us. The online system made everything efficient and we appreciated the quick preapproval process. When we wanted to dial things in re: rates/points/etc. Matthew was immediately responsive. It was also a bonus the VU was so familiar with VA loans.

When we embarked on this journey, my dad knew what he wanted and where he wanted to go, but as an older gentleman who's been recently widowed, he wasn't sure how to move forward.
