Everyone at VU was friendly and helpful and great to work with. My only issue was that the papers got to the Tiltle company 2 hours "late". They were still able to accommodate us and we signed in time, but that bit at the end with the papers not being there when we had privided all our stuff very promptly throughout the process was nerve wracking! I am thinking this is because you need more loan officers and they are hard to get these days.
Everyone was right there to help along the way. Very prompt replying back to whomever has a question.

This was my first home purchase, and I had no clue what to expect in this process. The team that worked with me did an amazing job in communicating step and details as we moved forward and keep me informed. Came across a hiccup but with the great team work we got it solved in very little timeing. Title company and realtor I worked with locally was in amazement of how great and smooth this process went and so am I. I had watched commercials and media ads for Veterans. Being a 100% service connected disabled veteran. I knew I was going to need the best to ensure I received the best service possible. I would need a lender that would be above and beyond. I choose Veterans United. From day 1 with my initial conversation with Dan, My stress level fell immensely. Throughout the entire process that took 30 days for my dream home. They walked me thru every step. The Veterans United App assisted with to-dos that the team needed from me. The team assigned to me was above epic on a scale of 1-10 I would give a 50+ I spent over 20 years as a drug store manager and Never had seen a team that were so molded together. Each members actions complemented the other. From Dan Loan Officer to Emily the concierge who would handle the utilities, movers, etc. To their insurance member that gave options to the final member Erin who double checked the paperwork with a meticulous view and directed that the last to do's would stay on track until the final papers were signed at closing. Now at this point most companies would say Good-bye. Not Veterans United, each member of the team offers their further assistance if needed. In closing. If your a Veteran and thinking of purchasing a home I would highly recommend Veterans United. It has been the best decision I have ever made in 63 yrs. My wife agrees. GO Veterans United!!
