The nice thing was when they were open no matter what someone in the company answered the phone and tried to connect me. This is my first home and the process was stressful at times due to my uncertainty. They helped me through it and let me feel more comfortable throughout the journey.

The only complaint I have about our experience with VU was that transferring our loan application file from one loan officer to another (to Jennifer, who was the specific preferred lender within VU for our home builder) was not fast nor straight forward. We had to resubmit all of our source documents after nearly a week (how long it took to transfer) once again after switching loan officers, even though we’d already done it before. That was time consuming when you have full time jobs. Aside from that, the experience was great!

Overall your company has been great and a pleasure to work with during what has probably been one of the most stressful periods of my life. From beginning to end it felt like a smooth, streamlined process which I can't really see improving much, it's already perfect! I appreciate the time and effort put forth by everyone involved, including Kayla whom I didn't see mentioned above for me to personally review but she was very great and went above and beyond! Hopefully this will be the last home I buy but if I ever need to purchase again you can be sure I will go with Veterans United and I will certainly be recommending them to anyone I know who is interested in buying!
