Up until closing, everything was fine. My team was very responsive and answered a lot of my questions.However, the sudden unexpected delays in closing, despite my signing the waiver for the 3 day wait, and being delayed for over 3 hours during the actual closing appointment due to "technical difficulties", not allowing them to send the loan packet on time really put a bad taste in my mouth. Multiple phone calls to several members of my team, and phone calls from my real estate agent AND Titling officer to VU Personnel they personally knew resulted in ZERO information. No one could give us a timeline, or even truly explain what was going on. My loan officer couldn't even get information from his own company. This cost me several hundred dollars in hotel fees and rental extensions, none of which were reimbursed.
Awesome experience , the team made everything seem so easy and possible and now here we are in our new home. Thank you entirely.
