Purchasing a home with Veterans United was a very easy experience and I would do it all over again. Everything was basically done online. We did not have to run to office to office to sign any forms. When we went to closing, we went to a local lawyers, office and signed For closing and then the house was ours easy Peezy. Veterans United made it possible for my husband and I to have our first home in our mid 50s. Veterans United is a great place for military families to purchase their homes and have other opportunities to improve your homes later. Thank you Veterans United for making this possible .

I am absolutely frustrated with the number of predatory phone calls we received after our credit was pulled for this loan. I am not sure if VU did anything this time or if our information was sold to a third party, but the last two times we refinanced our other home with VU, we did not receive any predatory calls.Starting at 7:00 AM Pacific time, the morning after our credit was officially pulled, my wife has been receiving 200-plus calls a day. The first three weeks, this is probably a serious underestimate. This past week at closing, she is getting 30-40 phone calls a day.I don't know what you can do to fix this.

It has been a while's since we went to the home buying and process. Everyone at veterans united was fantastic especially Jake and Brooke. They guided us through the whole process and even answered our questions on the weekends. When it came to closing and we had a little hiccup with the insurance which was totally caused by my insurance. Jake and Brooke were right there to make sure that it got fixed
and we actually closed early. We love our new home. Thank you so much!
