Can we figure out a way to make the whole process less stressful?
Admittedly this was not a smooth process for a variety of reasons, which included the unfamiliarity with non-traditional financial statements that unintentionally extended the loan closing. A better defined policy should be in place to address property loans with other residences in near proximity.
