Veterans United made the whole buying process very easy! Walked me through each step of the journey which didn’t take long at all.I am very thankful to them!
I felt with Veterans United, I had an advantage as far as being a veteran and getting the assistance that I needed to make this a smooth process. They were aggressive to make sure that I didn't miss an opportunity to save me money and make sure that the process stayed on schedule. A benefit to the process was, they understood the VA loan process and that made the process silky smooth. The e-sign was a huge benefit as I was able to check my to do list and upload documents without holding up the process. A major benefit was the E-sign with the title company. THIS WAS HUGE!!!!! We were able to be in and out of the title company in a little over an hour, mainly because we were engaged in such great conversation. More that 66% the signing process was done on e-sign and we only had a few hardcopy forms to sign at the title company. We were really Taken Care Of! I'm happy Veterans United was there for us. Bravo Zulu Veterans United.
I expected this process to complicated, exhausting, stressful, and time consuming. With Veterans United and the team I had through them, it was easy, stress free, and had me just sitting back waiting for closing day to get here. I could not have been more happy with the process and how smooth it went. As an added bonus, a few items showed up in the mail with I was not even expecting which just showed Veterans United just went that little extra mile to make you feel special (home buying kit which included a flag pole holder and monogramed drinking glasses). They thanked me for my service, repeatedly which not everyone does now. Very impressed and would highly recommend.
