Everything from the first call to the last call was great. I can't say enough great things anout this peocess. I was helped by Daniel to get set up through credit monitoring. Then Jonathan took the time to give me the exact steps I needed to get my credit where I had to be to have a smooth transition to Denise's team. She then personally helped my wife and I get our home. Her, Holli, and Amy were all fantastic. From the first call to underwriting, we were always kept informed on the entire process. I couldn't be happier with our home and with our choice of using Veterans United. I have already suggested this company to other veterans based on my amazing experience. Even our realtor and title company were saying how easy the closing was because of the work put in by her team. Can’t say enough good things about my loan team. I know I probably wasn’t the easiest client but they always made me feel like they were there to help me.
Overall Veterans United did well and I would recommend them to a friend or family. I was disappointed with the seeming lack of knowledge on veteran specific issues. As long as I was calling to push things along everything went well. An oversight by my loan team caused last minute scrambling and delayed closing. The app and to do list made it easy to keep track of what my next step should be.
This has been goal and dream of mind for many years and veterans-united made it possible for my goal and dream to come true. Thank you from the bottom of my heart!

If you promptly provide what you're asked for this process is incredibly easy. Everyone involved was helpful and easily reached. Cannot believe it took a month to close on a house.
