Our experience with the VA was exceptional. The amazing team of Rich Pauls, Michael Nickel and Phoebe the Concierge was truly amazing. We have purchased homes in the past but have never received this kind of service from anyone. Rich Pauls called us back anytime we had a question, even when he was on vacation. Michael Nickel responded to all of our questions promptly (even the really stupid ones LOL). Phoebe was incredibly helpful and very knowledgeable with any requests we made (no matter how ridiculous!) Going back to Rich Pauls, he was in constant communication with us, and we cannot express enough how much he helped us with the entire process. Buying a home can be stressful, but Rich always made us feel at ease. Although we never met Rich in person, he has an open invitation to come to our new home and visit anytime. We have so much gratitude to Rich and his team for making such a life-changing experience so wonderful. We would also like to thank Sam (the credit counselor) who stuck with us over many months assisting us with our credit and preparing us for the home buying process. Again, our hearts go out to the entire team, and even those behind the scenes, that we did not have contact with. We are now married and in our dream home and we owe it all to the VA, Rich and the Super Team!!!
