This was our first home purchase,this has been the biggest purchase of my life so far. We understand there are normal worries and concerns during this process but when we are being told to do things to make things better or easier we were on top of it, and when Sam went to the hospital it felt like no one picked up the slack or supervised. It wasn't until we got scared because our closing cost kept going up and we were worried we weren't going to be able to manage it, if the closing cost goes up to 19,000 what was the point of doing the VA loan? We were in literal tears for the lack of information being given to us and the unanswered questions. It took us breaking down to our real estate agent for her to come to our aid and help us try and find answers and get things figured out. It was not a good experience.
