I greatly appreciated to team work from Mike, Stephanie, and Mikayla to ensure that this process went well for more. I was able to get a better interest rate, but that required me have to consult with other lenders. That process should have been streamlined to ensure that all candidates are getting the best interest. The final contact is confusing as it relates to the price of the incentives and down payment being added back taking the prices of the up to $592K. I am elated to have purchased a home, but still wish for future buyers a more streamline process that is both honest and rewarding.
