Every single person that helped us from our agent to every single person at Veterans United helped us learn so much about our credit, about buying a home, even when I didn't understand something simple Dustin wad able to explain it in a way so I could understand via the videos he sent me. Those videos help SO MUCH! Again if we could we would rate our whole team from our agent to our loan team, they all did such an amazing job. We live in Hawaii. It would have been helpful if the time differences were considered. Also fees if you could’ve just let us know the exact amount.
It was a fantastic experience. Am I am very pleased with my team! The only thing I have is that during the closing process for the house I was not notified (except through email which I did not check very often) that the closing date was pushed back. Perhaps in the future things like that should be communicated at least via text.
