I had a really good experience. I really liked everyone involved, including Brittany whom I didn’t see mentioned on here. Everyone was great. You can tell they all love their job and believe in the company they work for and it works really well with them.
Nate was truly a pleasure. As a first time home buyer, I was peak stressed with all the insanity between agents, sellers, title companies, and everyone in between just trying to grab another dollar. Nate and the folks at Vet United were the only part of this process that didn't raise my blood pressure just to see them calling. Nate was extremely professional yet able to be honest and human when it was clear that's what I needed most. Additionally, the ease at which he is able to be informative without being condescending was just what I needed. Everyone with this team was always helpful but not pushy. Proactive but still flexible. I even learned to love the MyVU app. It was a stark contrast to the information or lack there of I was getting from my agents team. I very much enjoyed the functionally to mark off your agenda and update items at your own pace or simply close and disregard unnecessary items.Overall I could not have been more satisfied with this team and can't even fathom how people buy homes without this level of support. 10 /10 will absolutely be calling Nate again for my future home buying needs and of course recommendations to anyone else I know that are in the market.Thanks a lot and cheers to you all.
From the first conversation to post closing, I have only great appreciation for all of the hard work that the TEAM did to get me in the home of my choice. Not once was I caught unaware of where we were in the process. I was always made aware of what to expect. I just cant say enough about the commitment of the entire team. The took care of me. I trusted them and they proved that trust was well founded. I know they had a lot of other clients, but they made me feel like I was the only client.

I’m still shocked about how well this process went! So smooth! VU and my loan team was so driven, quick, communicative, and informative about everything! My realtor even called me and expressed how impressed she was with the entire process! She is a seasoned real estate agent and was blown away, along with myself, by VU and my loan team with Tommy Heller! I 100% recommend VU to anyone purchasing a home. Best ever Erie me I’ve ever had in the home buying process. It was almost too good to be true! They even had me cleared to close 3 weeks ahead of schedule.
