The pre-approval process was smooth, Alex our loan officer was great! Our loan coordinator not so much. Our real estate agent and I did much of the follow up and work. We closed a week late and we only closed because of our agent and Alex. The loan coordinator communication was often hit or miss and I called often for updates. Lots of confusion on loan coordinators part. Underwriting was slow. Part of the issue was seller incorrectly filled out a document and this should have been addressed when it was originally submitted. NOT the day before closing. Our loan coordinator missed important emails that came thru.
Alex and the closing team were amazing! They rushed the paperwork on Thursday so we could close Friday! First home buying experience and it wasn’t the easiest but at least it’s done and over!

The compassion, honesty, education and working relationship that was shown to us during our entire home buying process was absolutely phenomenal. I felt like I had gained a new set of friends and family with our loan team. Danny and Jenny are undoubtedly the best around and the way they all treated us throughout the entire process was simply amazing. They were there during the ups and downs and always were just a phone call, text or email away. Their customer service was so excellent that we felt like we were their only customers during our home buying time frame. We simply could not have done this without them. There were too many people on our team and it felt very impersonal. Someone on our team would ask for documents we sent to other members of our team. We received a couple cool gifts but we’d take that stuff back for a better experience buying our first home. My husband and I felt like we made an uninformed purchase.
