Would definitely recommend. Aaron Swanner and his team are true professionals and made this process very easy!

Just give specific information about all items needed early in the process.

The only downside is that sometimes the digital system can be a little fickle to a lot of funky. For instance sending you the paperwork to close multiple times at 2:00 a.m.
I guess they wanted to make sure I got the paperwork!!

I would recommend those guys anytime you can't go wrong

I’ve used Veterans United for both my home purchases.

If you want a team that' going to help you every step of the way, keep you inform and know they're jobs Veterans United is the way to go I worked with them for over a year and was impressed the entire process. They have experienced team experts who are always 5 steps ahead of the process so dont stress yourself making a decision on which company choose especially if your a first time home buyer, I learned so much this time and this was my second time going through the process. So dont hesitate to give them a call Veterans United is the way to go!!!

Getting a VA loan is a long and painful process veterans United made it so much easier and helpful they were very very understanding and they always had my best interest at heart I've never dealt with any loan company or anyone but wasn't looking out for themselves. These guys at veterans United my only look out for my best interest but are very helpful and if they could find things cheaper or better they would I have nothing but good things to say

These guys are an absolutely awesome, accountable, no nonsense team that will make your home-buying experience easy.

I would definitely recommend Veterans United to my family and friends, who are in the market of purchasing or refinancing a home. The team that worked on our loan were amazing. They secured our loan in a very timely manner.

This was a great team. Koleen and Keynes were very helpful as well. I have not one complaint.

We didn’t have an issue with Veterans United, the problem we had was with the VA and their involvement. Veterans United had no control over time frames due to the VA not enforcing deadlines. When we would ask about certain things the answer was always, that veterans united didn’t have any idea when it would be done and if it wasn’t done when they said there was nothing they could do. We were just at the mercy of the VA appraisers and their schedules. As the lenders they could also no file for any exemptions to move the loan along quickly. Because of the VA we were homeless for 2 weeks. This is supposed to be a lender who cares and protects veterans but no one helped when we were without a home.
Response from Veterans United
Troy,
Thank you for this feedback. I understand how stressful homebuying can be when appraisal delays happen and I’m truly sorry you went through this. Please know we’re here for you even after closing. Our Client Advocate team is available if you wish to discuss your experience with us further. We want to hear it straight from you where we can do better moving forward.
Sincerely,
Kendra, Client Relations

Just use these guys and simplify your life. No worries, no heartburn.

I would highly recommend veterans united. Nick, Tim and chelsea were all outstanding. We weren’t sure if we would be able to purchase a home after a job loss and credit suffered. We paid off all debt and submitted our info and very quickly we were approved. This is our fourth mortgage and by far it was the fastest and smoothest experience we have ever had buying a home. Thank you veterans united.
