I am still wondering about several questions about things but I don't know how to ask since my questions seem half serious to people and my interests are well, I'm not sure. Also I will never sit in the same room as a seller again. Good luck with that since everyone seems happy.

The only item I would ask is you improve full disclosure of all fees. The VA funding fee was a surprise I did not know about. It is a simple full disclosure suggestion.
