My wife and I first reached out to see if we could buy a home, we didn't think we would qualify. We were in a time bind to get representatives from other financial institutions to respond to our texts and calls about making an offer on and then financing the house we wanted to buy. Our buying agent had worked with Veterans United on several other occasions and with Jake Hanson, specifically, so she called and explained to him our struggle. Jake called us back within two hours, got the process started that evening, and we were well on our way to getting the paperwork completed by the end of the next day. While buying a home is almost always laced with frustrations and tense moments, Together, Jake and Veterans United were the one constant throughout the entire process. We will continue to do business with them and hopefully refinance once interest rates decline.
