Smooth at first then kinda rush rush especially towards the end. Rich was the guy I spoke to mostly. Spoke to kaleb maybe twice throughout the process. Was given the need to know stuff. I had a lot more questions however Kaleb maybe was too busy to get back to me. However the process is mostly smooth from start to finish.

From start to finish. My team with Veterans United stayed in touch with not only me, but my realtor and builders. Kyle Boger was my senior loan coordinator. He was beyond awesome and answered every call and message. He was even communicating with me out the office and during lunch breaks. He went above and beyond to ensure this process was as smooth and easy as possible. He is the type of coordinator we all should experience with buying a home. Nick Vance was great to work with during most of the process. When it reached underwriting it became a little difficult because they needed many explanations.

Way to many people involved. Had to answer things more than once. Loan officer claims I didn't tell him the home was a manufactured home. Some time passed with no one contacting us. Not sure what happened. Lani left in the middle of the process. The lady that filled in did an excellent job.
