Had to submit same documentation multiple times - even had to highlight and put arrows on it pointing to what was requested by the 3rd time.Had to adjust and resubmit other documentation after providing exactly what was requested ended up not being correct - even though what was requested was literally copy/pasted into what was provided.Too many people doing "something" with my stuff and they weren't on the same page - already had insurance policies finalized and in my account and was asked for more duplicate information from someone else that was still trying to get quotes and didn't know it was already handled by someone else.The person handling my account changed multiple times and I gave up trying to know who was who and for what.I provided legal documents from the state regarding my legal financial status and they were ignored. Now I get to deal with correcting and removing items from credit reports from Veteran's United.Even at the title company on the day of closing incorrect documents were sent over for me to sign, and the title company had to call Veteran's United and get them corrected and sent back over for me to sign and complete closing on my property.I guess in the end, I did finally get my house, however, it was NOT a good experience, and I certainly would NOT recommend others to work with Veteran's United if they don't have to. I also likely will not work with Veteran's United again in the future either unless I have to.

All in all I was rather disappointed with this home buying experience. This is the second time I've used VA Home Loans to purchase a home for me and my family. Sadly I think it will be the last. The entire process was frustrating from start to finish, especially when my remote signing contract arrived with several errors that needed to be corrected. It delayed the process by an entire week, adding more stress to an already stressful 3 months.
