From the very beginning I was met with a friendly voice and encouragement with the home buying process. It made me feel as if these people were actually trying to help me as opposed to me being just another number and loan application like other companies have done. Each member of this team was kind and courteous every time I reached out with concerns or questions. From the time they got to work in the morning to sometimes late in the evening these individuals were more than willing to talk me through this process. I cannot say enough about how amazing it was to work with them. Thanks for helping me become a homeowner.

Maybe more explanations for first time buyers. I didn’t know anything about home buying or the way lending works for homes. Explain how much cash is going to be needed for closing and any differences in appraisals. When I get told I’m pre approved for an amount normally that would mean I can get a loan for that amount. For instance NAVYFED pre approves a car loan and you can use it wether the car actually appraised for that amount. There’s a lot of aspects to home buying that the lender/ title/ real estate agent assumed I knew and I later had to google or YouTube to get a more detailed explanation of.
