I would suggest… better initial response. Better interactions with the actual loan offer. It wasn’t until I talked to another company that VU became interested in assisting us. And yes I moved this transaction along very quickly; Janaire was a SAINT in assisting me! She was the star of our refinance! She called every step of the way after I requested it. I had many questions and she helped every time.
Y’all kept it simple and rolling. Thank you for your time and care in helping me seal the deal on my first home. I truly appreciate all of y’all’s time it means the world. Additionally the formatting of your website is great. It’s user friendly and easy to manage.
WOW!!!!! I don't know where to start!!!! We put a contract on the home of our dreams on March 18th ....April 18th we were in closing!!!!! That is unheard of in my book. but these wonderful people got it done. I can never thank them enough for what they did for us. They all were a pleasure no hassle group to get the job done. I still can’t believe how easy Veterans United made this process. We closed on our home in just a matter of weeks.
