Rarely in this day of digitization world do you ever get professional service and personal care; just not part of today’s business model except for Disneyland, Nordstrom and Veterans United. In my opinion, Darren, Boudin and Melissa Steingrubey were outstanding . Any time I had questions they responded quickly and effectively . During the process of my loan, Darren suffered a personal loss with the death of his grandfather.Even under those circumstances he remained very helpful and positive . I was always told underwriting was a stressful tedious process, I just want to say that Brittany Christian and her team were very professional and were able to clear me to close with zero issues.
