I was not very comfortable with the electronic media of completing request for information. This discomfort was not with platform used but the changes in names during the process increased my distrust of the company initially. With in this cyber vulnerable environment consistency with whom you work with helps decrease suspicions.






Overall, my experience with Veterans United was not smooth and rather frustrating. I will be refinancing in the near future and they will not be my lenders.

There was one person at your company who was not helpful at all. If I called with a question she did not return my calls. She cause a big delay in closing. If Angelica had not stepped in I think that I would have back out of the whole process. I do not remember her name but Angelica will. She was the only one who was very rude when I did talk to her and she would not answer questions. Only Angelica and Tiffany did for her. She does not need to work there.
