Tory, Justin and their entire team were a pleasure to work with from start to finish! They were welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I couldn't have asked for a better group to work with, and will definitely work with them again.

The whole team was absolutely amazing to work with! They explained everything so clearly. We had a couple hiccups along the way but they did everything they could to get us through! Thank you so much .

I am so glad we decided to use Veterans United. They were professional, easy to reach with questions, and quick.

You can’t forget about Chris Por. He was very helpful and kind. He gave my quick response times. Overall I had the best experience ever with buying a home. This is my 4th time buying a home and by far 10 out of 10 to Veterans United and the staff to help make this possible for me and my children! Thanks you everyone. Very appreciate from the bottom of my heart for everyone’s hard work to close this deal in 27 days!!!

When we were first looking into purchasing a home we had used a loan officer our realtor recommended. It was awful she made us feel like we weren’t going to be able to purchase a home, her communication and response time was so slow. After working with her a few days and not being happy, we did some research and decided to talk to Veterans United. I am so glad we made the switch. After applying and talking with our loan officer John we knew we made the right choice. He was great at explaining everything and made us feel so comfortable. Everyone at Veterans United was amazing and made the process so easy. The website is amazing and we were able to do everything right from our computers. Moving is hard enough for military families I’m glad we had Veterans United along side with us.

The most difficult part of becoming a home owner was taking the first step...The day I finally reached out to Veterans United..not having the first CLUE about how VA Loans work or how to buy a house with it was sincerely one of the best decisions I ever made. From that first call to the day we closed and got the keys to our new home
MY team guided us, patiently answered any questions and provided resources every step of the way allowing my wife and I to feel comfortable and confident in every decision made.
To my team: Shawnee Holsten, Amber Rice, Jason Moit, Jennifer Sutton, Ellen Bennett, and our agents Tara & Chip Pearsall (hope I didn't forget anybody) Sitting out on my back porch writing this I must be getting soft in my middle age. This is how I have to explain the tears that swelled in my eyes out of sheer gratitude and appreciation for making our dreams come true. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.- The Walls FamilyTo my fellow veterans, If you are reading this and not sure if you should call...Just do it. You'll be glad you did.

I promise you this comment will not make any commercial. I fucking love Jake and Kaitlyn. They helped me get my FIRST HOME at 23. I’m the first person in my family to own a home and it was a huge goal for me in my adult life. I will be working with these two again in the future.

I would highly recommend Veterans United. My whole team was so easy to work with. Also they had so much respect for us Veterans.

Molly and the whole team was excellent!! They were always available and answered everyone of my questions. They made the process of buying a house stress free.

One thing I feel especially with 1st time home buyers is fulling go over the whole home buying process in more detail. Yes there are plenty of resources on the website, but getting all the info upfront and being able to ask questions right away is definitely helpful and less confusing. Also explaining upfront that cash is not able to be used for anything.
The other thing I would suggest is having more communication between real estate agent via email or 3 way phone conversations when it comes to things needing to be addressed with the sellers. It made it hard being the “middle man” going back and forth between the agent and the loan coordinator when I was asked to tell my agent I need this or that. Especially for the most part I wasn’t quite sure what it was for. I feel like being a “middle man” there definitely can be stuff missed or not delivered properly.
Personally I feel Crystaline should be the main contact with new buyers. She is very knowledgeable and was really great at relating situations and really able to break down the different processes. She is a very personable individual!

To Veteran's United and my team under the leadership of Adam Canote, simply outstanding. I'm not sure of what word(s) I would use to express that level of dedication and professionalism that they demonstrated for me.Honorable mentions to Nancy Wert, my realtor. Amanda Leger, my transaction coordinator. And Ben Lowry, my home buying concierge. They went above and beyond all my expectations. They had my back, my best interests, my voice, and fought for it. Every step of the way. They became like family towards the end of the process. They all have my sincere respect and gratitude.

Thank you for all the help with our home loan. I couldn't have done it with out you!
