I just want to say a big thank you to veterans united and the team of Katy, Jorge, Briana, and Michelle. You guys made this dream come true. I had a bad experience a year ago with a different bank where I was told one thing went through the entire process and once I was about to get to closing I was told the complete opposite. Earnest money, appraisal, and inspections all gone and all I was told was that I needed to go use someone else. Go forward to now I gave Veterans United a chance because you guys gave me information upfront last year. I don't regret at all giving you guys a call.
