The loan officer that I worked with made everything simple. He was available when I needed him, and he provided me reassurance when needed. I will absolutely be using Cal as a lender in the future.

I wish they suggested having our interest rate bought down. They did not.
It was a calculated choice to put all my debt under one note and the team helped make that happen quickly and efficiently. In a time of uncertainty in the markets and fluctuating interest rates, consolidating by refinance with a cash out option was a big help to our biggest investment, my family.
