Had an awesome experience with the first house I bought and a really great one this time as well. I will say I wish it could’ve been faster. I am no expert on underwriting, but I do know that closings can be super fast. Not knocking by any means. Just my only thought. Great people, great team.

This experience prior to beginning I know my wife was absolutely terrified and super concerned about what was going to happen and it’s really nice to be able to turn around and tell her that I trusted this team and I trusted the process and I knew we would be successful. Seeing the smile on her face and hearing the tears in her voice when I told her that all the closing was done just meant the world to me. It was an amazing feeling to know that she feels so safe and so happy that our child will have a safe place to grow up, that we have a place for our pet to exist without fear.
