Their staff was educated on VA loan requirements and ensured that our transition to our new duty station would be as smooth as possible. From actually buying the home to lining up our utilities to getting discounts on our insurance - they helped us do it all.
Was a smooth and easy process. All options were laid out clearly and the team was always communicating. Was very happy with the process and overall experience.
Based on the slow communication and lack of transparency and urgency in the process, I did not feel valued as a customer and would not recommend Veterans United.

Everything was relatively smooth. But as we got closer to Closing there were a number of unexpected red tape we had to go through prior to crossing the finish line. Not sure if it could've been helped but I wind up incurring some expenses that I was almost unprepared for. All that being said, I appreciate the due diligence of the team and continuing to press towards the mark to reach the final goal. I look forward to being apart of the Family as Andy often refers to it.

This started off in Clarksville Tn being all positive. In GA it was different meaning follow up was slow after the initial paperwork. I had to ask after I submitted everything for the letter of approval.I have purchased 5 homes VA. This was not as good of an experience as the other 4 mainly because of communication.
Again, I would just like to say how much we enjoyed working with Jeff and his team. I would recommend Veterans United to each and every veteran that I know.
Veterans United was a Godsend! I’m so truly grateful! I was having a tough time with a borderline slumlord leaving me in a run down place with a leaking roof and under constant threat that they wanted to tear the house down. Rents are unaffordable and the housing market was peak insanity. With two young boys and a wife to shelter I didn’t know what I was going to do and Veterans United took the helm and rescued us.
