Our experience from start to finish was phenomenal! Daren Bodine’s enthusiasm was infectious. This was a first home buying experience for myself as the wife of a Marine. He explained the process from start to finish and responded to calls promptly. He made me feel comfortable to express my concerns and for that I am thankful. The rest of the team, Kaitlyn and Arin were professional but were easy to talk to. Kaitlyn kept me on my toes through calls and emails and we were able to close within 32 days! Some of the resources in the portal were not necessarily accurate. For example, myVU portal has SpaceX being one of my only options for internet, asides from satellite. However, Spectrum services this area; and I would not have known if I didn't see the Spectrum van servicing other properties in the area. Additionally, the portal prompted me to transfer electric service via Dominion Energy. However, Community Electric Cooperative services our area, not Dominion Energy. Just small things, but all in all, amazing services provided to us by Veterans United.
