I would recommend this team to anyone who is serious about home ownership. I would tell them to be patient and trust the process. But more than anything, I'd tell them to trust their team. need better communication with title company and the last few days of closing. need to let buyer know there are certain timelines that require signing on different days and must be done in person or through notary.
