Bryan Kay took over for Heidi due to Heidi being out due to medical situations, brought me to closing and he fits all of the above either Heidi, he jumped right in and took my account to closing as if he was the main officer from day 1. I do apologize but the agent the got me to pre approval and a Montgomery something who got my interest rate down, i forget his last name, and a Krystal something who set up my insurance and got me better auto insurance, and again I apologize, I forget my last name, they were solid.
