need better communication with title company and the last few days of closing. need to let buyer know there are certain timelines that require signing on different days and must be done in person or through notary.

Our loan specialist was always friendly and easy to communicate with even when we were still deciding between loan companies. When questions arose, Andrew was anccessible and informative, even gave out his cell when we were putting in an offer over the weekend. We asked for a tight closing window and him and his team made it happen. Everything went smoothly because of their diligent work and ease to communicate with, especially with us preparing different underwriting needs. Would definitely recommend Andrew and the VU team, it was a great experience overall!
I didn't think buying a house would have been so easy. I didnt have good credit, and didn't think I would even be approved. But Veterans United walked me through all the steps from start to finish. It was very stressful near the end when my loan coordinator was not particularly familiar with working with townhomes: my realtors and the building agent sent over multiple copies of the same document only to be told that that wasn't what was needed; it turns out that the loan coordinator needed a different document altogether, but didn't realize that's what she needed. My loan coordinator was finally able to get what she needed after getting in direct touch with and calling all of the relevant parties so they could clarify to her what she needed.Nevertheless, I appreciate the commitment and perseverance my loan coordinator displayed by going above and beyond to stay late to and go in early to ensure that I closed on time. I really appreciate Andy's transparency, professionalism, and helpfulness when breaking down the loan disclosures and being open to negotiating. I would definitely recommend Andy and his team to any veteran looking to purchase a home!
