Your systems in place trip up the efficiency. There seems to be a big gap in follow through from A to B. The wrong forms get sent out. Some of the requirements don't make any sense; i.e. the actual exterminator, not the pest inspector, deeming that there is no threat to the home but a treatment is still required. Some of the water test requirements. Lack of communication on what is and isn't paid. Forms sent to be signed, multiple times, that have the wrong information on it. Forms that were supposed to be sent before signing sent days after signing. The welcome boxes of goodies is a nice touch but what I really care about is getting as low as possible interest rate locked in, clear concise and timely communication. Other than that it worked out and the home was acquired so success in that regard.

Overall it was a really good process, told what you need to submit and provides a site where ots easy to upload and see what you need to do next, the people i interacted with were amazing, keeping me in the loop of what was going on. Now the hiccup was when it came closer to closing, just under 2 weeks before closing i was told i need to upload all my W2s from the previous year, i did this but it did delay closing by a week. Then 30 days of paystubs, followed by proof of being able to cover closing costs. I imagine that this came from the unerwriter requesting all this, which would be fine normally, but i was told 1 thing was needed at a time and not all at once and with work not being able to upload them till that night. If i was provided a list of everything that was needed or the underwriter looked at my stuff beforehand it would have saved a lot of stress and headaches, which the week before closing i was still trying to get everything. In the end it worked out and everything went through. Thank you to my VU team

A wonderful and great experience!

As a first time homebuyer, we had an exceptional experience working with Veterans United!!

Working with the loan coordinator was horrible for the first time buy I had to have family help me out with the constant vague need to do's (never explaining what all needs to be in). Other than that is was fun and happy I have the house. yet was a horrible experience.

Thank you to all of you your are an amazing bunch.

No fancy commercials but much better service than PenFed who I tried first when I was looking into a VA loan. Also Veterans United had a better web page. Easy to navigate and get things done quickly with ease. When I wanted to learn something the web page was easy to use to get the answers. VA United made this whole process easy and exciting. Thank you for everything.

Katie Rose and Veterans United were amazing during our home buying journey! Everything went off without a hitch and we couldn't be happier with our experience.

Veteran’s United takes the guesswork and worries out of home buying, especially for first time buyers like myself. They provided exceptional customer service in lockstep with their clear, consistent, and constant communication to simplify the whole process. It made for a truly rewarding experience and got me into my dream mountain home. Thank you so very much, Veteran’s United!!
