Overall this was a great experience, one thing I would recommend to improve is giving an overview of the required items for each step of the process. Having the to-do items gate kept by completing the items created a lot of redundant requests and also had us caught flat-footed a couple of times as we look through documents while also packing to move to provide items. There were also mutliple times when the underwriter requested items we had already provided in early parts of the approval process.
In fairness, I did ask for a newer agent as I didn’t want a slick Willy. Last time (2020) I got an excellent agent for Post Falls Idaho (Joel Olson). He was so good, we had him sell the same home we bought thru him!
Grateful for my entire team who cared about me and my son. Will forever be thankful.

Hanna was an absolute beast for our first time home buying process. Made our process seamless and smooth. Always a text away and responded to hundreds of questions i had without getting irritated. (I know i was being annoying!) I had doubts and questions at times but each time Hanna was able to provide explanations and be transparent with us. I would definitely recommend Hanna to any home buyers as her role in our buying process was significantly important and made huge difference in a positive way.
