STAY AWAY !!! Especially Bobby Moss !!! When things were easy everything went well, when there was a bump in the road there was no sense of effort or urgency on his part !! I FELT LIKE AS A VETERAN.. HE were not FIGHTING for ME .. ( side note I had a 815 credit score ) i had to do all the legwork and fighting! Me- You mean to tell me you are the self-described biggest providers a VA home loans in the country and you don’t have direct phone numbers to the VA? Bobby We don’t we just send emails and wait for a response! UNSAT When I finally got a hold of the VA they asked in no one certain terms … why in the hell are you doing all the work and contacting us and not my loan company/ loan officer ! Due to this if it wasn’t for my effort and diligence I would’ve lost this home!! I actually feel like I should’ve gotten part of the commission If I’m being honest!!

These are great people to work with that don’t judge if you’ve maybe had a troubled past. I was one of those. I struggled with ptsd and didn’t make the best financial choices at a young age. However, this team spent a LOT of time working with me and guiding me through what needs to be done and what’s next. To be honest, I needed that hand holding because it was my first time buying a house! Don’t hesitate! Reach out and let them help you!
