The whole team was amazing. I never felt like there was an instance of the "left hand not talking to the right hand." I loved how communication was with everyone at the same time, and whoever could answer, would. Everyone was helpful, patient, and so sweet.
Another plus I liked was the set up of the "to do list" on the portal. I loved the clear cut, 'here's what you do' and 'here's what documentation we need'. Instead of it being an open ended document dump and I was supposed to keep track of what needed uploaded/had been uploaded. The simple direct to do list was perfect for my frazzled, dumbified brain.
