Maybe more explanations for first time buyers. I didn’t know anything about home buying or the way lending works for homes. Explain how much cash is going to be needed for closing and any differences in appraisals. When I get told I’m pre approved for an amount normally that would mean I can get a loan for that amount. For instance NAVYFED pre approves a car loan and you can use it wether the car actually appraised for that amount. There’s a lot of aspects to home buying that the lender/ title/ real estate agent assumed I knew and I later had to google or YouTube to get a more detailed explanation of.
