Jackson and his team were amazing throughout the complete process. From day one, Jackson explained everything in detail and set the expectations. He would reach out and update me during the process and he was easily reachable for any questions or concerns. Phoebe reached out day one as well and went over the resources available and stayed in contact with me and repeatedly checked in with me to make sure I didn't need any additional resources or support. Amanda made sure to quickly update me if there were any additional paperwork I needed to submit. It was a pleasure to have them assist me during the homebuying process. Veterans United is a very thorough and by the book, that can be very good and bad at the same time. As long as you make sure your ducks are lined up and you have everything in order you should not have any issues closing with this lender.
More expensive then competition and the fees that stack up are kind of annoying. JOSH AND THE TEAM ARE GREAT. But all in all my response is not a reflection of thier efforts.
