My loan team was phenomenal! They were knowledgeable and experienced which benefited my family in an easy application, purchasing, and closing process. They were always reachable by phone for questions and concerns. I was never made feel like my business and concerns were not a top priority for them (and I pestered them regularly with questions on the what's next process). You do not find their qualities often in the business world. I highly recommend them! 10 out of 10!
The entire experience was painless. Documents were sent online and most communication was via email. All in all a pleasant experience.

My calls/texts were always returned in a timely manner. Chris Rohr and his team slowed down and took the time necessary to help me understand what was happening every step of the way. He helped keep my mind at ease through the stresses of buying a home for sale by owner. Let alone my first home. I know at this point in life, I am not the easiest to deal with and he made me feel I was important and valued.
