The homebuying process with Veterans United was the best experience Ive ever had. I was very skeptical on buying a home because of all the horror stories ive heard. This couldnt be farther from the truth with Veterans United. From start to finish the professionalism my team showed me was second to none. Veterans United truly cares about veterans and im proud that i chose them for my homebuying experience. I would highly encourage every veteran to choose them as well.
Veterans United was such a pleasure to work with. The whole loan team sent all information on the home loan and house local area. They sent information that we weren’t even thinking about (Electric companies, utilities, which days the garbage and recycling are picked up, all internet providers for the address). When a member of the team took a few days of time off another team member was immediately in that position. My family and I had 100% certainty that our needs were at their upmost concern. Definitely no jwelcoming and not like a file/case number. Excellent team!!

This was my second time using Veterans United for my VA loan. I trusted them that much! They set me up with realtors that were knowledgeable, personable, and friendly. The loan officers kept track of everything from day one. And the thing that I liked the most is that the whole company treats you like family and never loses track of where you are in your home search. I've used them twice, and I'll use them again if/when I move again.

Absolutely amazing experience purchasing my first home. Mystle was not only helpful throughout the process, but went above and beyond to ensure I was not only taking care of everything, but actually in the loop throughout the process.
She also deserves ‘kudo’ (if you will) for assigning Mallory Fuller to my team. Between Mallory and Mystle, I never had any unanswered questions. The most important thing to me whenever I spend money is promptness, this has always been a make it or brake it trait for me. They both exceeded even my expectations. Whether I called, texted, or emailed, they were impressively fast at not only responding but actually answering my questions or providing guidance.
I realize this may not be the appropriate place to recommend anything, but I think these two ladies deserve a promotion. I will definitely be recommending these ladies to any and all of my veteran buddies who are even thinking about purchasing a home.
