As a first time home buyer this process was made easy by the team that was assembled. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in using their VA benefits!!
A lot of folks wanted to help and reached out, but it was difficult to keep track of who was the right person to talk to for each thing. It was a lot of phone numbers and voicemails from numbers that weren’t the same as the last time they called. It made it difficult to keep track sometimes. I know moving is a lot of moving parts but it would have been nice to have all those folks numbers on my portal, not just the concierge.

This team was phenomenal. Communication and customer service exceeded expectations and they were a pleasure to work with!
The only other thing I have to say is that the public notary that we had for the signing. She was very nice and made sure she explained every part that we needed to sign and also answered any questions that we had while signing. She made sure the whole signing process went very smooth.

Matt and Liz were excellent. The underwriting team did not seem organized about what information they wanted. Last minute information should not be requested. All info requested could have been obtained sooner.
