I’ve been through a lot of tough times over the recent years I was even homeless and wandering for a while. Owning a home was just a dream, something I knew I could never do. One night while going over the bills and preparing to pay my monthly rent again I decided to just try and see how far from owning a home I was. I reached out to Veterans United because they seemed to be the most reputable group to work with for a VA loan. That one pre qualifying app only took a few minutes and changed my life! I was assigned a team! A whole team of people who were there to help me every step of the way! They assured me they were going to “Do everything in our power to get you your home” working long hours and even weekends! they did! Veterans United Home Loans was great in helping me through the lending process and made it as easy as possible. I was disappointed with the highest interest rate of 6.5% that I’ve ever received in a home loan do to the unfortunate the current 2023 politics and the US Government initiating an economic concept called Quantitative Easing which is adding more money into the existing money supply. With the end of the US Quantitative Easing, combined with a host of other factors such as an increase in the federal funds rate (the rate that banks borrow money at), is causing mortgage interest rates to rise.
