His team needs more training on both the loan process and how to communicate efficiently and most importantly, how to communicate professionally. I hope his team goes through additional training because no one deserves to feel belittled by a Team they hire.

Homebuying seems to be a long process, they say VA may take longer and it did, it was a long process. I would recommend start 4-5 months before the month you plan to get your keys.
