Also have to give Ellen a ton of credit. ALWAYS returned my calls and emails right away. She was also more than helpful and desrves a lot of credit. She was absolutely awesome and a HUGE help to us with her quick resonses to my constant questions. She was great to work with.
Overall, a very stress free experience with the folks at Veterans United. The Team of professionals stayed on top of the transactions and communicated very well. This saved a lot of precious time in getting our home closed, and us moved in. Real talk, Veterans United Ef'N Rocks :-)

Before a To-Do is completed it is a green circle and when completed it goes to a green check mark. Please change the To-Do's green circle to a red circle or red X. In the beginning I thought the green circle meant it was done on the To-Do's list. A red circle or red X is more of an indicator that something needs to be done or is wrong. Normally in our society the color green is used as good or completed. A red indicates something is wrong or needs to be done. That is the only thing that I could identify to improve the process.
