I can't forget Matthew. He was part of the team too. They l made me feel as we were working together in a small staff section on the same mission and we all were looking out for each other and never letting the ball hit the ground (I know I went from military to sports but they are all team efforts).
There was some confusion on my part about who I should have been speaking to in the loan department and when. Once a handoff is made from one consultant or officer to another, it would be a preference of mine to speak with that new person always to avoid hearing mixed purposes and instructions which caused me some anxiety.
Any questions or concerns were addressed immediately and handled in a timely manner. Thank you Veterans United!

Doug and his team were wonderful. I remember leaving the driveway of the house we were looking at that just went up for sale and we were interested in the house before it went up for sale. I asked my wife if she wanted it and she said a definite YES! So haphazardly we contactedVetrans Home and started the process not expecting to get too far, but I could say at least I tried. Low and behold Doug and his team took us under their wing and got us through the process that I never thought was possible and not just a house but our dream house and I still have to pinch myself.
