This is our first time buying a house. We are from East Africa and understanding the process was a little challenging. John and Crystal were really patient and kind. When we would have slips up with credits and debts, but they work everything out to where we could still purchase the home. The kept us updated and made sure we were comfortable the whole time.
I want to thank Becky Shafer and William Spann for the great service and assistance they have given me throughout the process. Even though we had difficulty ordering the items to repair the house, they constantly worked with me until the process was completed. We finally closed on the house. I had a great team that stuck with me all the way. I fully recommend Veterans United if you are looking for a home. I think them all.

Overall I would say that buying a house is stressful. But Zack and his team took most of the stress out of the process for us. We are very thankful for them.
