I was very pleased with VU overall. The experience was smooth from start to finish. The interactive website of to do lists, helping with shortcuts to get utilities set up, having multiple folks always make sure you were on the right path, nobody over bearing, always available to assist in what you needed, etc etc. I could go on forever. 10/10, HIGHLY recommended for ALL Vets!
