Overall the experience was great. I would have liked to have been given more of an overview of how the entire process works from the get to. I made it clear that I was moving from an apartment that had an existing lease and wanted to give as much notice as possible. I feel like once I got the pre-approval that should have been good enough to get the loan done etc so I could give proper notice to my landlord. I felt quite rushed and uncomfortable with this.
This whole team is awesome and I would recommend them to EVERY VETERAN trying to buy a home

Veterans United went above and beyond with Christopher and I. I applied for a home loan with them with a little apprehension, because I did not think I would qualify. Katlin got me approved, and we were able to take possession of our home two days before Christmas.
I feel incredibly blessed and grateful to be a part of the Veterans United family.

This experience was amazing from start to finish. Ali and Ashley were instrumental in ensuring that I was always well Informed every step of the way. I can honestly say there were NO surprises. This made a usually very complicated and typically stressful process a lot less difficult and stressful for me.They also made sure I was provided the opportunity to work with an amazing and experienced agent. I had no choice but to stay with Renee as she won my trust from our first conversation! The wealth of knowledge and experience from my team was such a comfort. They made an otherwise impossible timeframe happen and everyone that I have spoken to cannot believe we are in our home for the holiday. I brag and will continue to brag about the amazing service that was provided to me and my son. This was epic! I truly cannot fit all the praise in this statement but I hope they know the difference they’ve made for us. I know they will continue to provide the same outstanding service to others. I would definitely recommend them to my friends and family!
Loan team was consistently unavailable and at one point had to contact my loan officers supervisor to get answers. The day of closing they failed to let us know there were still items needed which led to us waiting for 3 hours while our movers were at the home waiting as well in 30 degree weather with a 4 year old. Rate given was not competitive with our high credit scores. This company really let our family down and will never use them again. Definitely will never suggest them to any other VETERAN because my brothers and sisters in arms deserve better than this.
