The only thing i did not like was I was givin 2 different interest rates and i feel like i had to settle for the higher one.
Everyone did a great jobs and always seemed to be ahead of schedule. It was also great that every question I asked had a descriptive answer and the replies were very quick. Overall I had no stress the whole time with every step being explained along the way
This process was made way harder than it needed to be, and as first time home buyers AND veterans we felt very much unsatisfied. The lack of communication was HORRENDOUS.
I worked primarily with Stephanie Hoffman and Ashley Tompkins throughout the process, and it could not have been easier. This was a unique transaction in that we were buying the condo we already live in from my parents and Stephanie was a great resource in helping us navigate the process without a realtor. Everyone on the team was friendly, professional, helpful and competent. We hit a snag at the end with finding out there was an IRS lien and Ali sent over a snapshot of what our new loan would look like at 9 p.m. on a Friday evening. I (Mike) work in commercial banking and was extremely impressed with both the teammates and the technology of your loan portal. We will absolutely reach out to this team the next time we have the need. Thank you!
Veteran United walks you through everything. You don't need to worry about anything other than looking for a forever home. If you are in New Hampshire have them hook you up with Stephanie Shively as a realtor. Then ask for Brian Schmidt, Thomas Peters, and Francie Green to be your team. They are a fantastic team to work with.
Marrisa and her team did an outstanding job! As a first time home buyer, the helped me out every step of the way and answered all my questions. Very grateful to have gone through this expirence with them!
