First home buying process where every step had somebody not just available, but proactively reach out to make sure I understood what was happening and what was next.

Great company with amazing, professional employees. I wish I would have used Veterans United from the beginning.

The smoothest home that I've purchased. David and my team were on top of informing me of the process and what was to be expected. There were no issues or delays in anything promised. I would highly recommend them to anyone I knew.

Danny and his team are outstanding at what they do! Always there when needed and, constantly working to make the home buying process a breeze. My 3rd time back to Veterans United, all because of the quality of work we get from Danny. Thanks again Danny and team!

Too many miscommunication mixups and last minute mistakes.Closing was not accomplished on time.

The entire Veterans United team is outstanding! My questions were answered timely and everyone is so respectful. Because of them, im in a beautiful new home!

Shawnee and her team at Veterans United were amazing! So easy to work with and easy to get in contact with!!

Thank you all so much making this long process easy and with as little stress as possible.

Literally one of the easiest things I've done.

This was my first time buying a home and I cannot imagine doing it without Veterans United! Everyone I worked with was outstanding. Very competent, thorough, and proficient. I received all the attention and assistance I needed, plus they went above and beyond. I was told what to expect every step of the way, and that really made the whole process smooth. My loan officer, homebuying concierge, and real estate agent were all professional and personable. I cannot think of anything they could do to improve--my experience was simply excellent!

I had a great experience being a disabled vet and a single woman I felt safe

The only issue that held me back from an overall 10 arose during closing. I was closing while using a power of attorney for my husband. VU gave the title company instructions for me to sign using certain verbiage which matched the power of attorney, but then VU rejected the closing documentation because they preferred different verbiage (although the verbiage would not have have changed the overall meaning). It took an inordinate amount of time and required me to complete the entire closing a second time. If you're going to provide instructions, you should accept documentation that follows those instructions.

Great! Easy to use portal. Would recommend
