Best home buying experience ever had. Except closing was a mess, with funding delays and 5 different closing disclosures.
Overall experience was smooth. I wish that the interest rate changes from pre approval to contract was explained a little better. I feel that that is very important as the small change in interest rate was a big change in monthly payment. Other than that I was happy with the service.
"unfiltered review"? Oh man this is going to be fun. If you are looking to use your VA Loan, than look no further. Veterans United is the place to be. Now don't get discouraged if you are prior Navy or Air Force. I know our expectations are always higher than the Army or Marines, since we are the smarter branches out of them. But if you get a Marine as your loan officer like i did, give him a chance. Scott actually didn't eat crayons the whole time.But on a serious note. You can't go wrong. My entire team was there when I needed them and answered all my questions. At one point they even answered my questions before I even asked the question. So it made things a whole lot easier. At the end we changed the name of my team....Team Big Mike.

Now we must not forget Amanda. She works really hard making sure I was getting my documents in on time and she also was so patient with me. There was times when I needed to get her documents that I was having difficulty getting, Amanda work patiently
With me while obtain them. Amanda has wonderful vibe. She is pleasant to work and I am grateful for how hard she worked on getting me my forever home.I can’t forget about Chris Cohan my realtor. The first realtor I had I was not satisfied with what is he sending me to look at. Some the homes he show was run down and the houses were nasty. I called Adam and said no problem and the next day I had a new realtor Chris. OMG is is so awesome if it was not for him I don’t believe I would have found this home and it is exactly what I wanted. Chris knew that I would love that house and he helped me to get it. What a Godsend.
