Overall the process wasn't bad just felt overwhelmed towards the end with getting certain documents sent in within a short time frame. Otherwise everything went smoothly
I have truly enjoyed my experience. They care about veterans and our families and my team was sure that I remained connected and knowledgeable throughout the process. They set expectations and on going reassurance when needed. My team always stayed connected with me and never shied away from any of my calls, emails, or texts. Overall the best! The Veteran's United team was on the ball as professionals however the process was far from being streamlined. It seemed like there was always another document that was required from me that needed attention. There appeared to be too many behind the scene groups that needed additional documents when the closing date approached and as a result we missed three of them. I have no idea why the VA loan requirements are so complicated but compared to a conventional loan they are.
