Ty has now been my loan officer for two home purchases, and both experiences have been smooth, consistent, and professional from start to finish. He is transparent, responsive, and does a great job keeping me informed throughout each step of the lending process.What I appreciate most is that Ty takes the time to explain things clearly, answer questions, and make sure I understand the numbers and the timing involved. Kyle was absolutely amazing! He reached out to me promptly and guided me through the whole process making something that seemed very daunting, seamless. He was always available to answer all of my questions and reassure me when needed. He also ensured his team was there to support me with the whole process. Could not recommend more. I would say that I would probably recommend Veterans United as a whole but not specifically the loan officers that were over my loan. It was by far the worst experience I've ever had on a professional level.
