Overall. It went the best I have ever seen. Everything and everyone were directly on point, all the time. I was never left standing, wondering, or without the information I needed, they needed, or anyone else on the buying team. My Agent was always on top of everything and got me a real good deal too. I am very efficient, and this team set the bar as I could handle.

We were in dire straights, our home had mold and I am disabled from Iraq. We turned to an internet search and we found Veteran's United. We went from a hotel to air bnb, but the team was there with us throughout the wait. Their kind words kept me sane, and my mind at ease. They never said we can't or anything negative to us. Sometimes I thought they were Superheroes. I will sing their praises, and HIGHLY RECOMMEND them to all my Veteran friends, and once again for me and my wife Katrina, and daughter Peyton thanks for our GREAT home and new lease on life. Everyone was amazing until the last few days. Closing costs were not finalized until 1220 with closing at 3. Closing costs were quoted wrong requiring 2 trips for cashiers checks cutting the time very close. We came very close to not closing as scheduled. The seller was supposed to sign at 10 in the morning and was postponed by at least two hours. Additional paperwork was requested from us on Friday before closing. Additional forms had to be signed for veterans on the day of closing at 1 o’clock. It made the last couple days very stressful when I feel like it should have been more organized. An apologies was given.
Adam and his team were absolutely a pleasure to work with during our home buying process. They made the loan process very simple and stress free. The team we great at explaining all the steps and answering any questions we had along the way. We are extremely happy we went with Veterans United!
