Overall good experience. Buying a house is a stressful experience. I would recommend working only with 1 or 2 agents at the most. To many and not always on the same page. Danny and Shawna were great to work with.
Wes reached out to me and also Dika I shared with them I was homeless 3 years ago when I was over come with addiction and I overcame that addiction and got clean 3 years ago but besides that Wes and Dika really listened to me and did not just look at me as a number but they cared and looked at me as a human and really cared. They worked with me and gave me goals to reach and it really felt good to feel I still had fight in myself They structured my goals for me and gave me a non hassle path to getting my home. This was my first home buying experience, so I really would not know any better. However, I didn't have any headaches, worries or misunderstandings at all. If I asked a question, it was answered, if it didn't makes sense to me, it was properly explained. So I'd Veterans United has been great with my experience.
Shannon and Mason were amazing to work with and despite all the issues with working with the VA both kept me and my family focused on getting the house and working all avenues while having multiple backup plans.
