Nick Holman and his entire team constantly went above and beyond for us! We had a very short closing period (that included three major holidays) and our closing was on time and super fast! Nick also attended our closing to help with any questions and to expedite the entire experience. The entire team was always on the same page, fast with responses to questions, and always so kind and helpful (even with our silly questions). They were always just a call, text, or email away. The software to upload all of our documents was also super user friendly and made it so easy on us to have everything turned in fast! Extremely satisfied and can't even begin to describe our gratitude. Thank you so much!
Aidan and his team were outstanding! I have talked to two people who at the same time as me were using local VA lenders and both of them had complaints about timeliness and waiting on responses. Deena, while a fine person, needs to work on her communication with the inter-office team and the fine nuances of her job and what it entails. For instance, I asked her to send me the Gift Letter in Docusign format. She told me she couldn't do that. I opened up the app and there it was already in Docusign format. That's just one for instance. There are several of those.
The homebuying experience to me was made easy through numerous ways of communication with my team. Sending and receiving forms was also well facilitated by mail, pictures by phone, and eSigning.
I chose Veterans United from the internet not even knowing If they were legit or not, best gut feeling I have made in a while. From the moment I hit submit this process took so much relief from me. Every team member that contacted me was so nice and informative. Any questions or concerns I had was answered in a timely manner. Thank you Veterans United for fulfilling my dream.
