We had our “insurance officer”, I believe his name was David Thompson, call me and ask me to give my full social security number over the phone. I told him I was uncomfortable with that, and shortly after he emailed asking for the same information. I have no doubt this was either a mistake or a hacker phishing for information. I don’t want to speak poorly of David if that is the case, I just thought VU would want to know. My wife and I are very thankful for the outstanding help and service VU provided us, and I have already recommended Veterans United to several of my military colleagues. Thank you VU!
