Buying a home from another state was less complicated than I thought it would be with this great team on my side
From day one I could call Gwen or Holly at any time and they would answer and help in any way possible. It was incredible it felt like I had a family friend helping us through the whole process. I know if I ever get another house I hope I can work with these two again.
I would recommend to any veteran buying a home. The process was smooth and the team worked and assisted me with any questions that I had. They did a great job.
Veterans United made it very easy for me in the process of buying my first home! Everyone was knowledgable and took a lot of stress off of my shoulders. Would definitely recommend and use them again!! Thank you all for everything, I love my new home!
VU offers competitive rates, but their loan officers seem to miss the mark on open and honest communication. Unfortunately you probably won't know your loan officer is a dud until its too late. If you can find a better offer or even one that is remotely close to VU somewhere else, take it and avoid the VU headaches.

It took me almost 1 year to find the perfect home for me and my 3 dogs vu/ my realtor we patient what ever questions or issue I had they had the answers and resolved them my dogs and I love our new home
I’m so glad that my first time buying a home I had such an amazing team looking out for me and my best interest. I will be letting my service member family know about how easy you all made this process. And how patient you were with me will all the questions I may have had or if I didn’t understand something. My phone calls were almost always answered and if they weren’t I was called back extremely fast. Thank you all so much for all your hard work as dedication.
