They were so incredibly efficient, pushing the other team members along. They were friendly and responsive and answered all my questions. We had a top notch experience. We were told by the local realtors multiple time how we should have used a “local lender”, yet, at every corner Veterans United was on top of their game and proving them wrong!
Nick, Courtney, Alyssa, and Ali were the best group of people assigned to me who assisted with providing the best results toward the transitioning and processing of my first home. They were available 24/7, answered every question that never left me in doubt, remained in constant contact with me, very proactive, and highly professional.
