Patrick was very genuine, kind and always available to answer any question I had, big or small. Refinancing can be a very difficult and overwhelming process, and it really is. However, he made it much easier and took away any concerns I might have had.
Overall smooth process. Just not happy with my rate and the cost out of pocket to buy it down when I could have locked it just a week earlier for cheaper.
It was amazing to work with everyone. Was an absolute pleasure.

If you could please lessen the paperwork it would be helpful. I realize some is necessary, but WOW, you all outdo yourselves with paperwork!
