This was initially one of the most stressful experiences for me as I was going through a divorce and moving to another state. Although it took a while in closing the loan due to the necessary repairs and renovations, in the end everything turned out great.
Kathy Monnig was also helpful. It was the first time buying a home for me (husband second home) and she made me feel important and at ease with the whole process. She was very sweet and knew how nervous I was but still helped me through everything like it was a piece of cake. Made the waiting through each step much easier to deal with since I’m super impatient. I was lucky to have everyone helping me and I would recommend then to anyone.
