Flood insurance was annoying and frustrating all around. It held the entire team up. Team worked hard at it. Underwriters and resources needs more experience, knowledge and training to process through those issues. Underwriters seemed slow and dragged their feet to close. The to-do lists got extremely annoying. Seemed we were updating and redoing alot of paperwork that have been done already. The team stuck together, communicated very well, and got this long project finally done. Thanks Team!!
