I can’t say enough about Spencer and Amy that I worked with. They were both awesome and on top of things. When I would lag on my to do list Amy would send me an email and get me going. Spencer was great to work with. He was excellent at explaining all the financial stuff with me and was always there when I had any questions. This was my first home and the process was streamline with the help of the loan team. If a problem arose, I would quickly be notified with not only what the issue was, but steps required on my behalf to fix it. The paper work I sent in was processed very quickly. There were no mistakes done by my loan team and handled everything with professionalism and care, making sure I was doing everything correctly.
